GSN receives applications and football information from players, authorized representatives, and where necessary parents or guardians. An application is not automatically published.

Public profiles may show approved football information, such as the player's name, position, team, country, biography and photo. Private application and guardian contact information, member messages and private network records are not published.

Private contact information used to communicate with a player, representative, club, parent or guardian is not intended to appear on the public profile.

For players under 18, GSN requires independent parent or guardian authorization before profile publication or member access. External personal social links are not shown on public youth profiles.

GSN uses profile information to operate the Network, maintain accurate profiles, create sports-media coverage and communicate about relevant GSN opportunities. The Network is not used to negotiate football transfers or employment contracts.
